Chicken Crispers & Love

We had a fabulous weekend. Very relaxing and quiet. We watched some more Doctor Who on TV and played some Gears of War 2. Ran some errands, picked up some prescriptions, you know, the usual sort of boring weekend things everyone has to do. We went to Chilis for dinner, which we’re kind of addicted to at the moment. And then we toured some model homes at a couple of new housing developments. Of course they were gorgeous! We’ve been thinking about buying a home for a while…now we’re going to find out if it’s financially possible.

It was also Valentine’s Day over the weekend. Terry got me chocolates and then the Pièce de résistance was Terry agreeing to (and not complaining about) making a scrapbook layout with me. Here is his page that he created on his own. I didn’t help him at all. Isn’t it cool! You can see he’s definatly in a Doctor Who mood:

And here is the page I created for Valentines:

  4. A “Doctor Who” themed Valentine’s Day card — I love it!

  6. I love the page he did for you! I wonder if I could ever get my hubby to do that? lol

V day sounded like fun! Shane comes home tonight so it will be super nice to see him!! And maybe he has some flowers for me? lol

I’ve never had a chicken crisper beforee – never eaten at Chilis either! I will have to look for it next time i head to the states.

  7. We get obsessed with certain restaurants like that too. 😛
Love your beautiful layout and Terry’s uhm, interesting layout. 😀

  8. I haven’t tried the chicken crispers at chili’s. I always order steak fajitas lately. But I found a place in Niagara on the Lake (Canada) (like an hour away from my sister’s home), where they make the best chicken crispers and I do go back there every year!

  9. I just had Chicken Crispers for the first time a few months ago, and now I can never go to Chilis again without wanting them. They are SOOO Yummy!!!!!

  10. As much as I try to order something else, I always go back to the chicken crispers! Love the scrapbook pages!

  11. EXTERMINATE!!

    Great scrapbook pages 🙂

  12. I read that olive oil was good for the skin (or was it for the hair)… he had mange a couple of years ago. But the vet told me to not add it bc of the calories. My husband started feeding coco in the mornings 6 months ago and he thougt that olive oil would make it tastier. Now, if my husband is feeding Coco, he won’t eat the food unless it has olive oil. With me, he eats it plain.
